Shipping Costs

Currently, we ship based on the size of the order and distance the package must travel. We have 3 separate package sizes for different sized items, which can hold a maximum of 2 items in each box. If your order exceeds 2 items, another package will be added to your order, and the shipping charge will increase accordingly. Currently on our online store, we only offer shipping for items below the size of 42x36x5, but orders at or above that size can still be picked up at our store location, free of charge. If you wish to have an order shipped out that is not available through our online store, send us an email at info@fotobox.ca. 

 

Shipping Conditions

Due to rising costs and shipping company surcharges, we are no longer able to offer free shipping. There are tiered shipping costs based on size of your order products and your shipping location.
Of course, pick-up is always FREE. 

 

Shipping Turnaround

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as we can. 

 

Change of Address

We are not able to change a shipping address after an order has been processed. Additionally, we are unable to redirect a delivery once it has shipped out.

 

Refused Package/Wrong Address

In the event that an order is sent back to us due to the package being refused or undeliverable for any reason, you will be charged the return shipping fee. Once the package is in our possession, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.

 

Shipping Delays

Some delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

 

Taxes and Duties

Taxes are determined at time of checkout depending on the destination of the package.

You will be charged according to your provincial tax rate shown at time of checkout. There are no additional taxes or duties charged to you upon delivery. The price shown at time of checkout is your final price.

 

International Shipping Rates

We currently only ship to the USA and Canada. If you would like to place an international order and live outside of the USA, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping times are estimated and start from the date the order has been shipped out.

Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control. Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & OTHER FEES

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order.

Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer.

In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by Canadian law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of Canadian law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
