Is There a Minimum Order Fee?

We have a minimum charge of $10.00+HST. This is applied on a per order basis. Each order on a specific date would be considered one order. Ex. if you were to order 1 - 4x6 print on Monday and then send in another order of 9 - 4x6 prints on Tuesday. Each would be subject to the $10.00 minimum charge. To reduce costs please be sure to send at least $10 per order and all in one batch.

How Does Shipping Work?

Shipping charges vary on the client's location, packaging required and weight/size of the product(s) to be shipped. Fotobox ships with Canada Post, Purolator or FedEx. Express shipping is available upon request. Tracking numbers are emailed for shipments. We ask that shipping information be accurately indicated via email or through the online ordering system as this is the exact shipping label that will be printed. Minimum shipping charge is $10. Please contact us for shipping quotes.

Is There Rush Service?

Each product has a standard turnaround time as indicated in the product page. If the product is required in a faster timeline, the order is subject to a 50% rush charge.
However, please ask as we may be able to make exceptions.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Our goal is ensure all our clients are happy with their order/final product. If you find our work is not satisfactory due to the quality of the product, we reserve the right to remake the order or to issue store credit. The "unsatisfactory product(s) must be returned to Fotobox.
