For Digital Artists

You can send us your files via our WeTransfer or bring them on a USB drive for in-person evaluation.

File requirements:

• High-resolution JPEG or TIFF
  
• Minimum 300 DPI for optimal print quality
  

We will review your file to ensure it is print-ready.

For Physical Artwork

For paintings, sketches, book spreads, and other originals, we recommend bringing your artwork to our store for:

• Professional scanning
  
• Professional photography
  

Turnaround time: 1–2 business days

You will receive a digital proof to review and approve before production.

• 8" × 10" to 11" × 14" — $20.00 + HST
  
• 11" × 14" to 16" × 20" — $60.00 + HST
  
• 16" × 20" to 20" × 30" — $80.00 + HST

Once approved, we have the option to create a production file customized to your project at an additional cost, including:

• Color accuracy
  
• Density and detail
  
• Paper or canvas finish
  
• Final print size
  
• Any additional specifications required for consistent, identical prints
